Loving Kindness Meditation

A loving-kindness meditation written & guided by Chelsey LaFleur.

This meditation is approximately 8 minutes - at the end of the video I’ll leave you to bathe in the loving energy you’ve cultivated for as long as your heart desires.

Before diving in, I invite you to take a moment to set the mood for yourself: sip some hot tea, light a candle, lower the lights, make a cozy spot for stillness… whatever you need. I always like to have my journal nearby for these moments with myself. When you flutter your eyes open, I recommend taking a moment to journal about how you feel and anything else that bubbled up during your experience.

*You might set a timer for ~13-15 minutes if you’d like to create a known end time for yourself.
