Short & Sweet Seated Flow (~15mins)

Enjoy a seated flow that focuses on the neck, shoulders, and spine. You’ll have space to sit with your body & breath for as long as you like at the end. This is a great movement sequence to enjoy before meditation or warm up before an upper body workout. It’s also a great mid-day office flow if you have time on your lunch break!
